Duarte loves to help his clients pursue and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

He completed his 6-year part-time studies from the Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO). He entered the program after more than a decade practicing as a clinical exercise physiologist. Duarte developed his manual and exercise therapy knowledge having worked in hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, exercise gyms, and in-home settings.

Duarte believes in the importance of continually committing to his professional development through professional courses and seminars.

Outside of his professional obligations, he cherishes time spent with his family; reads books pertaining to health sciences; and keeps active with indoor cycling, kettlebell training, and soccer.

Duarte speaks English, Portuguese, and Cantonese.
